Chernobylite 2 Early Access is Set for Next Month

Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone is set to launch in early access for PC on March 6, 2025. Developer The Farm 51 has confirmed that the game will introduce a fully open-world environment, moving away from the level-based structure of its predecessor. Players can expect a shift from first-person to third-person gameplay, though there will still be an option to switch perspectives.

The game was funded through a Kickstarter campaign that exceeded its goal by 170%, highlighting strong fan interest. The sequel will expand on the original’s survival horror and RPG elements, offering deeper character interactions, refined combat mechanics, and an even more immersive post-apocalyptic world.
